BASIC-INTERMEDIATE CLASS: Facepainting Faces & Quick Designs
DATE: Tues  Sept 9th
HOURS  9am - 5 pm
LOCATION: Costa Mesa (across the street from Newport Beach)
FEE: $100

 

CLASS CONTENT:
We'll start by covering the basics: safety & hygiene, tools, brush selection & care, blending with sponges, strokes, glitter application. Focus of the class is on developing & perfecting your line work (tear drops & controling your strokes); learning to blend beautifully and making basic faces look great.

We'll also cover quickie faces for that huge line using various techniques like double loading, unique pigments like Starblend and specialized brushes that make quick work for great looking, but fast designs. We'll cover various glitter applications and also shimmer powder application. I also specialize in guy stuff, so we'll be doing the favorites for the boys, too.

I've got pretty much all the professional paints there are in the universe & every color of glitter so we'll have time to compare paints and goodies at the break.

FX TECHNIQUES & HALLOWEEN FACES
DATE:  Tues OCT 7
FEE: $65 for 4-1/2 hour evening class
        $55 if you pay for both Beginning/Intermediate Class & the FX class at once
